MMV Firm (MEMENTO MORI VIEVERE LLC, "MMV", "we") runs this site to take applications for our agent systems. This policy covers what you send us through it. Our main privacy policy is at mmvfirm.com/privacy.
What we collect. The answers in your application: name, company, work email, phone, website, role, revenue range, budget fit, and what you would automate first. We also collect standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser, and ad-click data, such as the Facebook click ID, when you arrive from an ad.
How we use it. To review your application, contact you about it, schedule calls and remind you of them, and measure which ads bring real applicants. When an application moves forward, we send hashed contact details and ad-click data to Meta through its Conversions API.
Text messages. If you check the SMS box, we text you about your application and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Sharing. We use service providers to run this site, our CRM and our calendar, such as HighLevel and Google, and Meta for ad measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
